Wilson Computer Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides managed IT services and internet service to customers in Central Texas. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide and bill for our services:

Contact information — your name, business name, service address, email address, and phone numbers, including a mobile number if you give us one.
Account and billing information — your service plan, invoices, and payment history. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our systems.
Support information — the details you send us when you report a problem, and notes from calls and service visits.
Service and network information — technical data from the equipment we install and manage, used to keep your service working.
Website usage — basic analytics about how visitors use this site, collected through Google Analytics. This helps us understand which pages are useful. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker.

How we use your information

To provide, maintain, and repair the services you have purchased.
To bill you, process payments, and communicate about your account, including invoices, payment reminders, and notices about service interruptions.
To respond to support requests.
To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Text messages and mobile information

If you opt in to text message notifications, we use your mobile number solely to send you messages about your own account — invoice reminders, past-due and service-interruption notices, and payment confirmations. Participation is entirely voluntary and is never a condition of receiving service.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile opt-in information is used only to deliver the messages you asked for. It is not rented, sold, traded, or passed to anyone else for their own marketing.

Message frequency varies by account activity and is expected to be no more than a few messages per month — typically fewer than five. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Opting out of text messages does not affect your service, and we will continue to reach you by email, mail, or phone. Full details are in our SMS Terms.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

Service providers who work on our behalf — for example our payment processor, our billing and network management platform, our website form provider, and the messaging carrier that delivers our text messages. These providers may use your information only to perform work for us.
When the law requires it — in response to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, our customers, or public safety.

Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are specifically excluded from any sharing for marketing or promotional purposes, as stated above.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including restricted access to customer records and encrypted connections to our systems. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and billing records for as long as you are a customer and afterward as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Records of text message consent and opt-outs are retained so we can demonstrate that we honored your choices.

Your choices

Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
Ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

Children

Our services are provided to businesses and to adult account holders. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting text message notifications will be communicated to enrolled customers directly.
